Kim’s Review – There is no doubt about it…coming out of the ashes like a phoenix after narcissistic abuse is HARD. And with the constant pounding, comes depression. And anxiety, too, if you have ADHD. They all run around like best friends. This book helped me pull my legs out of the quicksand of depression – to let go of a few burdens on my very long, rocky road to recovery.
