The Soul Stairway website is owned and operated by Eyegate Design, an incorporated company, based in Chula Vista, California. The exclusive site administrator is me, Kim Murray, seeker, self-healer, ADHDer, wellness warrior…AND owner of Eyegate Design. Any services I provide will not be taxed. Any merchandise I sell myself must be taxed, based on the ship-to location’s sales tax percentage.
Disclaimer
My role is that of a cheerleader and accountability partner. I am here to support and guide you on your journey to better living with ADHD, but the ultimate responsibility for your health and well-being lies with you. I am not a doctor or a licensed mental health professional. My coaching services are based on my personal experience and are intended to offer support and encouragement to women with ADHD who may have faced similar challenges, including abuse. Some subject matter may be difficult to digest, and is not intended for children under the age of 18.
Voluntary Participation
Participation in my coaching services is entirely voluntary. While my suggestions are intended to help you improve your overall well-being, they are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment. It is your responsibility to seek appropriate professional assistance if you require medical, psychological, or other expert advice or intervention. As mentioned, I am not a doctor or a licensed mental health professional.
Liability
I cannot be held responsible for any adverse effects or reactions that may occur from my recommendations, including but not limited to, the use of over-the-counter supplements or other suggested products. It is important to consult with a healthcare professional before making any changes to your healthcare regimen. Please be sure to research products before you buy them. Just because I’m using/taking something doesn’t mean you have to, or that it’ll work just as well for you! Everybody is different. You can find your own favorite products, or use no products at all. The choice is entirely up to you. Because you…do you.
Your personal data will ONLY be used by me to provide the information, goods and services offered through my website to you, or for billing and order fulfillment. Your information will NOT be shared to anyone else at any time! No one else has access to anything, and I’m not for sale.

Monitoring is important for me so I know how to better serve my community! I track my site visitors through Google Analytics. This tells me what people are most interested in. It helps me create new content that will be valuable! My website uses cookies to distinguish website users. Cookies also provide me with information about how this website is used so I can keep it as up to date, relevant and error-free as possible.
Affiliations
As an Amazon Prime and Audible junkie, it made sense to become affiliated. (I think my Amazon driver would probably wonder what happened to me if he’s not here at least once a week!)
